Step 1: Make a customer contact list

To start off, make as a list as long as possible.

• [ ] Value Proposition: Provide one or two insights or takeaways that they can immediately understand and see the benefit from.

For example, your Facebook campaign for engaged twenty-somethings currently sends prospects to the retirement planning questionnaire, but a better choice might be your post about discussing money with your loved ones.
